When you talk to us about North India, the first thing that comes to our mind is the majestic Himalayas covered in snow! What better place to be in for the mountains than Himachal Pradesh
Himachal Pradesh is a state in the Himalayas of India that shares its eastern border with Tibet in China and is bordered by the states of Punjab, J&K, and Uttarakhand. Although the state seems little on the map, it has a staggering amount of geographic and cultural variety. The lower parts of Himachal are typical hilly locations bordering the plains, with similar populations and cultures. However, when you go farther north, you come across breathtaking vistas, frigid deserts with rainshadow zones, and communities with more ties to Tibet than India.
The route is as follows: Delhi > McLeod Ganj > Bir > Billing > Jalori Pass > Kasol > Manali > Solang Valley
